I bought premium edition of Microsoft ultimate word games. After less than a month, it keeps giving me an error, sorry but we are unable to synchronize your game data, restart your game and if this happens again contact us. Well its been a couple of days
and I still cant get into the game. Please help

Haven't been able to sign in since April 23rd 2018. keep receiving error message and hit try again and it doesn't work.

Is there a "fix" date? When? I paid for the versions without ads. Anxiously awaiting a reply.

Just try to sync it from Cloud Storage By reopening the game or Reinstall it , otherwise if its lost there :/ there is no way bring it back

Im getting error 0xc0000005 when trying to open the game on PC.

I have xbox ulitimate game pass. Running 11900k 3080ti 32gb ram. Tried every recomendation ive found online. nothing works. apparently the game works if you buy it through steam.... cheers microsoft

community. Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
