Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get past this problem and sign up for Minecraft Earth.

Can totally understand how getting this error when trying to do so could be confusing.

If you haven't yet, I would definitely try the steps outlined in our Troubleshoot game installations on Windows 10 and see if that positively
affects the situation.

Also, are you having any difficulty signing into your account at Xbox.com?

When you get a chance, review and try the steps on that page and let us know if you were having any problems signing into the site at all.

and I found that when I tried to login to xbox.com by my microsoft account (Can I send this account number detail by a private way?) , just after I clicked the login button, this page flashed an "Continue" page and then it has no more reactions. And I cannot
click this button again. (You can see this is a "Sign in" button but I can't click again.)





However, I can login to microsoft.com and view my account profiles detail. As you can see.





I don't know how to solve it, I have no idea.

I cannot get the error code, it just displayed "0" and tell me some unknown error occured.

And expect your reply again! I need to register MinecraftEarth in time!

Note: I can also login to the Windows10 application "Xbox Console".

When I tried to login to minecraft.net by my Microsoft account to register
Minecraft:Earth,





but next it returned an ERROR webpage like this



The ERROR message said : Sorry, an error occured. Please try again, or try to login to Xbox.com [Close Button]

I cannot get the ERROR code and I was confused with this problem.
