Microsoft. Wow, I liked to say im surprised but this is how you rob people. im wondering why you would let a game like pubg to be bought on your console? the game is unfinished and extremely glitchy to the point that it is unplayable. Id like full refund
for the game! Id also like to see a class action lawsuit against pubg and microsoft. last microsoft console ill ever buy thats for sure.

440 x 0.85 = £3.74 (I seem to be overpaying for everything I buy compared to what is quoted!!!!!)

 

Hi, PUBG is still in game preview. This lets the developers put out the game on store for any gamer that wants to purchase the game now. They can then test it, and give their views on the game to the developer for them to fix so
when the game is released fully, it will work. It does state that the game may be unfinished on the store page.

 

I'm pretty sure you've asked this before. As Stuart said, the game is in preview mode and warns you it is not a finished game before you buy it. You can try going through

Hi. Playerunknown's Battlegrounds is a preview title not a final release of the game. This is advertised on the store page for the game. You can raise a complaint a support.xbox.com if you are still dissatisfied with your experience

Sorry for your bad experience, brotha. Sometimes these things happen. More than likely you are not the only person experiencing that so I'm certain Microsoft is on top of it right now. Just give it a little time and I'm sure a patch will be released soon.
