No puedo sincronizar progreso en pc al instalar nuevamente el juego

re instale Windows 10 64bits, y descargue el juego nuevamente desde la Store y ahora al entrar al juego no me deja sincronizar El Progreso del juego que tenía anteriormente en la nube. Me dice que en este momento no puede sincronizar que intente nuevamente
más tarde, intente decenas de veces y todavía no puedo.

 

Aveces tarda mucho en iniciar y no se conecta en línea

Is there anything you have attempted to troubleshoot the game error? Also is that the only game with that error?

Now my understanding is that you uninstall the game and it does the update but it still gives you the same error.. If I'm wrong feel free to let us know.

Now in occasions like this I would suggest for you to try this:

Prueba borrado de cache. Pon tu dedo en el botón de inicio de la consola por 10 segundos hasta que se apague. Luego espera otros 30 y vuélvela a encender. Después de haber intentado esto reinstala el juego. Puede que te funcione .
