    Please, please sort out these problems with your games, as its a waste of time and effort in trying out all the suggestions you have put on the site pages as nothing works. And fix site pages as you go round and round, not getting anywhere. There is supposed
    to be on a page where you chick on "Refunds" and you can put your requests in, but there is no "Refunds" you can do that. I've had multiple charges charged over the passed few years from your games. Please sort out these problems as I don't particularly want
    to delete the games and go elsewhere. I'm using Windows 10 Insider.

    Xbox Insiders forums    . Keep in mind, not all games are refundable, Games and apps are eligible for self-service refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have less than 2 hours of play time across all accounts..

    Lag issues is suddenly Treyarch fault? I could of swore it was because you have a really crappy connection? :p

    I've had the occasional lag and server issues but that's nothing new with a CoD. So many people playing it's bound to happen. Otherwise I'm happy with this game and have very few issues with it.

    Boy would I love to find a lawer to file a class action lawsuit against a company for a broken game. It would set the gaming world straight. Just think everyone that bought cod bo2 would get dbl what they paid for it or anygame for that fact.
