I need help I’m having to type this on my main Microsoft Account but my little brothers Microsoft account has just been hacked and we can’t get back into his account as they have changed the password and email on the account. I tried a recovery and says I have not enough information it’s total ****. I just purchased my brother that EA FC24 game and now he doesn’t have access to it. Help me Microsoft. Let me contact a real member of staff and not a AI BOT.

Hi. Unfortunately all the means you have tried are the only means possible to retrieve your account. It is frustrating to have your account hacked. But unfortunately you have exhausted all means possible to retrieve your account.

Why can’t I call them??? So I can talk to a real staff that can help me with it. I put all the correct information in the recovery but it still does not work!

Have you recently made any changes to either account? Password resets, downloading the profile, adding proofs, etc? Some account changes will lock the Change Microsoft Account option from functioning for 30 days. This is so that if anybody manages to
reset your password to gain unauthorized access into your account, they won't have the opportunity to further lock you out of your account by changing your email on you, or issuing other changes that might make it difficult for you to log in, and easier for
them.
