    I play AOE IV and randomly my PC reboots (no BSOD).

    Scenario:

    - I can start the game, get into a multiplayer match and play for a few minutes or hours but eventually my PC will simply restart. It also happened when I was playing StarCraft 2 via Battle.net once but only after I have subscribed to Xbox Gamepass and downloaded the Xbox App.

    Context:

    This is a problem that I've been facing for over a year now. I have searched the internet several times and proceeded with many attempts to fix with no avail, from simply reinstalling Xbox Gameservices, reinstalling AOE IV, creating a new user account, changing installation folder to much more complex and annoying (and even expensive) attempts like buying and adding a heatsink to my SSD, scanning and repairing files, updating drivers, BIOS, firmware, chipsets, and even reinstalling Windows.

    Even though I have found more than 100 people with the same problem on Windows support page, I could not find a definitive solution or even a statement from the MS/Xbox team acknowledging this is something that needs to be patched.

    Please help.
