Microsoft Xbox Rewards Program - Not being Rewarded

I contacted Microsoft shortly after the Rewards program started, as it would not set up on my account. The Customer Service representative reassured me that there was a known problem and that it would be fixed and that the reward points would be provided retrospectively.

Recently the rewards program has seemed to have been fixed and woken up on my account, but it has not provided the points retrospectively? Is this also a known issue? and is there a timescale for a fix?

Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

The rewards program does not award credits for anything done before joining the program.

Thanks, though I did 'join' the program but due to a known technical issue at Microsoft - the Rewards program did not work on my account at the time and I was told by a Rep that this would be fixed and rectified.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. If you are asking about the Microsoft Rewards program, that is a separate program, and we cannot assist with their issues. We see that you have been a Credit earning member since the beginning of 2016. For
Microsoft Rewards issues, you would have to contact them via their webpage for support.

What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.

Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).

Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.
