Microsoft/Xbox rewards points not working on my Xbox One

Hello i got a Xbox one and on the apps selection under my games and apps, their are the Microsoft rewards application when i click on it to get into it, it says that my market isn´t support which is strange because under the European countries section it has my country (Denmark) as support. Is the problem because the program is only support on the Series Consoles or what is the issue. It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

The Xbox Rewards program is not the same as the Microsoft Rewards program. So if you redeemed Microsoft Rewards points for game pass, you would need to continue trying to work with Microsoft Rewards support. Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.

That didn't work either it mite be because I'm with youfibre and it has the latest ip version and xbox is still on the old one so mite have to ring youfibre yo out me on the old ip and see if that works if not I won't be able to get points of xbox gamepass or go on my Microsoft rewards on the xbox.

I can still get on the Microsoft rewards on xbox on my old xbox one x but can't get on it on the xbox series x
