Microsoft Xbox Rewards Account Suspended

Hi,

I received an email that my rewards account has been suspended, they stated a few reasons why, but I'm not in violation of any of them, I don't use a vpn, I don't have separate accounts (only aliases which I assume should be fine as after all Microsoft allows that in your accounts).

I've logged into like where you might see xbox / community violations, it doesn't mention rewards being suspended.

I've been using this same account since late December 2018, so over 4 and a half years no issues with rewards until yesterday 1st Aug 2023.

I currently have a 58 week streak in the Xbox rewards app and a 304 day streak via the browser rewards, I guess that's now wrecked

I do have auto redeem on and 10500 points disappeared yesterday towards another game pass ultimate I assume, but I couldn't see that as a reward anymore last month, so I assumed I'd just rack my points up again and await for the increase costs to game pass to reflect with a new points requirement, but it did take the points so I assume I got another months coming, or is that the issue because I've redeemed against something that isn't listed anymore?

I am a disabled user and struggle at times to understand things, again I don't know why my rewards is suspended out of the blue after 4 years plus of no issues.

My only suspension which ends 2nd Aug 2023 is for xbox community violation, which I find unfair as a disabled player I was being mocked, bullied and griefed online in sea of thieves, I stood up for myself and banned for 4 days for communicating, I appealed but was declined totally unfair imo on that when disabled players receive constant abuse online.

I have sent a message via twitter, and made a ticket but I won't hold my breath as I sent a ticket back in May 2023 and it's never been responded to.

Can anyone help please restore my rewards as a disabled player and unable to work, collecting rewards helps me pay for game pass each month which is my escapism from my life for a few hours a day.
