    Microsoft Xbox One Service Repair

I received a used Xbox One as a gift. It's having major freezing issues and I've tried everything...seriously everything...and I was hoping someone could fix it, possibly Microsoft. When I go through the "Device and Service Replacement" it says I can't
complete my service order because "We're Sorry but the coverage on this console has expired". My understanding is that means Microsoft won't pay to fix it but can I send it to them and pay them to fix it?

    :)

When you sign into the Device Support Center site, does it show your registered products? You should have your console there if it's registered to your Microsoft Account. If it's not, do so. Because, if it is, you can click on it, and then it should still
have an option to "Start a service order" on the next page. The screenshot I'm including is my original Xbox One that is listed as out of warranty.

I would also check the FAQs on that page for if there are service centers availability for your region. Not all regions are supported for repairs.

You can look up microsoft eligible repair shops. They’ll also fix it for you for a cost.

Thank you everyone, I tried all of your suggestions already,

    - "Microsoft Device Support" (PalmettoBling)

    - "Create Xbox Console or Kinect Sensor" (AssertiveGrub90)

    - I have called the Customer Support and they said I'd already tried everything they could suggest, but they did say I could find a technician which led me to believe they(Customer Support) doesn't fix anything (XBF Eladio M)

    - "Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced," gives me the error
mentioned already "We're Sorry but the coverage on this console has expired" (acdc sepia)

    Hi there,

According to the info in this link, Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced, they say

"If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee"
so, I think it means that they can still repair your Xbox but yes they will charge you a fee for the service.

    Hope the info helps!
