Microsoft xbox-account (Missing savefiles, games and progress)

Hi,

I reinstalled windows on my stationary computer and when I logged in on my account I had
no progress, games or friends. I had my laptop next to me while doing this which was already logged in, all files and progress where there. Suddenly it updated and showed the same as the stationary. Everything except my games where lost (They
are still visible, you can play them but none has savefiles). I confirmed that my account on the stationary wanted me to buy the games I already own on the store again.

What has happened to my account? I have never seen this happen before and now everything is gone.
Achievements and G-Points are zero, I can't alter these so what is going on.

Anyway to back-up my Forza Motosport 4 savefile to the cloud?

Hi everyone, recently got Forza 4 and been insanely wasting too much time playing it since I get not to go to work these holidays. I tried backing up my savefile to the cloud and it won't let me...savefile is 8MB and wondering if that's the problem. Lost
some un-backed-up savefiles in other games due to HDD format before and wouldn't like that to happen again so can anyone please tell me how to backup my forza4 savefile to the cloud? Thanks in advance.

 

MAJOR Issue With Freezing

it does look that way, the more you progress in the game the more junk you accumulate and then the slower the game gets, the savefile size for my first character is 10 mb who is level 45 and my second is 5 mb who is level 12, anyway i tend to get rid of
junk or unwanted items asap

Xbox Customer Support regarding this issue. There is a chance that its just a sign in error but a representative will be able to give you more information about your Microsoft account and sign in process.
