    SERIOUSLY???!! Someone hacked my account, ordered 11 $25 gift cards paid via my paypal and THEY WON'T REFUND ME FOR THESE???!!! So, I've now been robbed TWICE - one by the hacker and now by MS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm 68, live alone and was traveling by train returning home all day when they were purchased but, yeah, you can't do anything to help me.

    It gets better. If you call and hit the wrong prompt (trying to get a live rep) you can't use the same phone to call back as it "remembers" your last call and hangs up on you. I then used my cell phone and got the microsoft store and finally got a LIVE person who put me on hold. Well, I guess too much time went by and the auto survey came on but once it was completed it hung up on me (again) and I can't call back on my cell phone as it "remembered" my last call and won't put me through. What a racket!!!! I don't have another phone line to use. Think maybe tomorrow it might "forget" today's call? That's one way for a company to not deal with customer issues. The rep on the phone actually told me he COULD help with a refund since I was hacked but I guess the powers that be heard it and cut off the call!!!!

    Hey there, Rahstyle! I'm very sorry to see any issues with purchases! For the online items, currency cannot be used to purchase Xbox 360 items. That is only one part of this equation, though.

    You should be able to use the currency on your Xbox 360, and if it isn't showing up for you, that is something a phone agent would need to look into. I suggest you
    contact us via phone to have them look into your account and see if they can find anything wrong with the billing side of things.
