Microsoft wont refund my purchase because they refunded one a year ago?!?!

So I mistakenly clicked purchase on my xbox..... I meant to click back on pay screen. I immediately opened a ticket with Microsoft/Xbox to get a refund and they said that they cant do it because I was refunded once before on Nov
14th, 2017..... Almost a year ago! I need to know how I escalate this. I can always block the charge on my card but that response is just crazy. How do I escalate this or get some help?

Can I get a refund on DLCs?

I thought this was going to be an accidental purchase sort of question. Even then it is tough to get a refund. DLC that you purchased years ago and probably played a ton of? Yeah, try and contact Microsoft on that one....

 

Well...customer service...

I've had one refund done in the past and it was over an accidental purchase of Battlefield 4 season pass. The lady handled it really well and explained to me they are not suppose to refund stuff like that but since I called immediately she authorized the refund. My intentions was to purchase the game and season pass together but chose the wrong one.

Problem is that is possibly Xboxes policy and no one can get around that for you.

This is why you basically have to go through like 3 steps to make a purchase and not just one button push to purchase.

The thing is this if you do dispute the charge with your bank and it is (charged back) to MS and they give you your money back you may run into the possibility of getting your account permanently banned for marketplace theft as MS will see that as trying
to get around their refund policy.

 

Seems a bit silly I am less than 1 month away from the year mark.

And uou are trying to bypass thr policies and user agrrremnt whuch is a clear violation is the terma of use

Just admit your mistake and deal with it

Every store has anpolicy its to prevent fraud

You know like the kind that is against the laws and rules and regulations

 

Their refund policy is cra cra in regards to one a year, but it’s even more crazy that people still purchase things accidentally. It’s almost impossible to do. You need to confirm it, then confirm which paymeny method, then confirm it again.
