    Microsoft won't delete my account.


    For the last 5 months I have been trying to have my xbox membership terminated, credit card removed and account closed.

    I have spoken to 6 different agents all of whom said they would do their utmost to process my request, which has yet to be done.

    I am furious with microsoft for this kind of service and have lost my respect for their customer service.

If you don’t upload the unsaved images or videos immediately, they will be lost. On the other hand, to delete the saved images and videos, you need to check the game’s manual and menus for steps that you can use to delete them.

    The uploaded photos and videos of KinectShare.com are automatically removed after 14 days. You’re also allowed to delete photos or videos from the site at any time. To delete the photos or videos, you must sign in with the Microsoft account that is associated to your Xbox LIVE account.

    Do you currently have a live gold subscription? If so, then you will have to wait until your subscription is over to remove any payment options. Also make sure that automatic renewal is removed. You can follow this link to cancel auto renewal:

    support.xbox.com/.../cancel-xbox-live-gold-subscription

    Xbox accounts can't be deleted, but if you haven't use the email in any Xbox site/app you won't have it active, Skype account has a similar situation, to delete any of this accounts it's necessary to delete the Microsoft account
