Microsoft won’t contact me

So, I have a microsoft account which I’m locked out of, which is my xbox account and I need to fill in a form to verify that it’s my account . After I have filled in the form, I would usually receive an email to tell me whether it worked or not. but, I no longer receive the email, If I go to microsoft support to speak to an agent, I will wait for them to call me back except, I don’t ever receive a call back from microsoft. I want to know why I never get anything but a verification off microsoft anymore. Can you please reply to this saying why I don’t get a call and why I don’t receive an email after doing your form. If you read this please reply.

I am so sorry you are having issues receiving emails to your Microsoft account from the form.

The best place to start is to check your internet connectivity and your connectivity to your Outlook. Do you receive emails on another device?

It's also good to check your Junk Email settings to check if you have blocked or removed safe senders and to check your filters at the bottom.

If that doesn't work, check your junk and storage. (Can be found in the Storage setting under general)

If none of this works, try changing your password.

With the form specifically, you can try to make the request from another device or internet connection or browser.

If none of this works, you can go to this link: [support.microsoft.com/home/contact] and input 'Account Access' and then go to 'Contact Support'.

Once you're there, you can go to 'Microsoft 365 and Office' > 'Manage Account Security' and you will be able to talk to a support agent.

If you have that email format it should work to recover using those suffixes with the account recovery form. Is it saying you can't?

Also haven’t blocked any safe senders or it’s not in my junk folder. I have tried everything you told me. Now, what do I need to do next

Both of these links won’t work because my account isn’t a business or school account, it’s an ordinary account. Also, the phone number linked to my account,is cut off do you have any other ideas. My email uses the format @outlook.com please try to help me here.

Yes I have tried to do it on different devices and I have also tried it with a vpn on neither work for me. For the account recovery page *not form* it says I have to have a email format of @contoso.onmicrosoft.com or @contoso.com it doesn’t support @outlook.com for me.
