    Microsoft won't accept new debit card info.


    Does anyone know why my account won't let me add a new payment method? My current card on file is no longer active due to replacing it a few week ago. When I go to add a new card after entering all of my info it says "check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card" I'm 100% certain that the card information I entered is correct and the same goes for the billing address. And yes the new card is active. Any ideas on how to correct this since apparently making a call to Microsoft is "currently unavailable"?

    Thank you for the response, I've tried entering my card both through Xbox console and on the website. Neither one of them would accept the card.

    Hello Jon, this is really strange, because we have no mention regarding payments on Microsoft servers, try waiting 24 to 48 hours to make a retry.
