Microsoft will not help with official Microsoft wireless headset

Hello again, If your device is still under warranty, have you tried registering it to your account and requesting a warranty claim online?

I’ve reached out to support. Unless you know of another path I can take. I literally have my second headset ( still in warranty) and they won’t help me.

Hello WJTCUSTOM, I am sorry that you are experiencing this with your headset, but in cases like this only support can guide you in this matter.

I have 2 official Microsoft Wireless headsets, and 1 Official Microsoft Wireless Bluetooth headset and all 3 do the same thing. I'm not sure why they do this on my console but I can take my headsets to my friends place and my headset I take there doesn't
have this problem when I play games there on his Xbox.

The power cable was unplugged for ~3 hours.

None of the things listed in solution 3 are between my controller and my Xbox. I have a wired router, and it is about 10 feet to the left of my Xbox, and where I sit to play is about 6 feet in front of it.

I have used the following headsets, all with an official Microsoft wireless controller and also an official Microsoft wired controller:

Microsoft Wired Headset

Microsoft Wireless Bluetooth Headset

Tritton AX720 (wired)

Turtle Beach x32 (wired)

Astro A40 (wired)

Afterglow Wired Headset

There was no difference in the problem I am experiencing when using any combination of the preceding controllers and headsets.
