    How do I find out my family's gamer tags??

    The best option would be to add all of their Microsoft Account's into your Microsoft Account as Family. This page has steps on how to do that.


    Once they are in your Microsoft Account Family, you can check on their accounts, how much money is on the accounts, review their gaming and computing activity among many other things.

    This page has a lot of information on what you can do with your Family and child accounts.

    Let us know if that wouldn't work, or if there are other issues you're experiencing.

    Xbox Live is a family service, therefore Microsoft must make efforts to keep it family friendly. Also, why do you feel the need to use vulgar language?

    Hi Carol! Just to clarify: Are you looking to give your child your Microsoft account balance or Microsoft Rewards points? While transfering account balance isn't possible, you can give Rewards points to your child or other family members by adding them
    to your family in the 'Family' tab in your MS rewards hub.

    There is no longer an option to transfer Microsoft Rewards points to Family members. If you're looking to use Microsoft Rewards to get some money into family members' accounts, the best you can do is redeem your points for a voucher and gift the voucher to your family member.

    You can't unless it is a family member!

    To do that go to Microsoft account | Rewards Community, and you should find the option to either ask for points or give points to family members

    I am not sure what to do as in my account I have my son twice as a family member with different email addresses I was for tracking him on his phone the other was for xbox. I have added money to the account that is for the microsoft family feature of keeping a child safe.
