Microsoft webb support?

where is the microsoft webb support? this support is really bad. i got banned for 14 days because I changed a avatar profil.

there was no words what i did wrong or what was wrong with the picture i just got the 14 days bann for profil picture change...

and it take hours for the support team to do anything maybe fix a webb supporter that's online?

If the image didm't meet the required guidelines then it can result in a ban. Also bans can happen weeks after the fact so it may be from another image entirely.

you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums.

If you upload an inappropriate custom image it may be removed and replaced with the most recent Microsoft-created image that you used, and you will be prevented from uploading any additional imagery for a specific period (typically 24 hours).

ye but i got a 14 days not 24h... that's the problem...

Thanks for the reply with the update. Since your suspension/ban is over 24 hours, you may have the option to request a Case Review.

Keyword is "typical". Situations that would potentially make this non-typical might include:

* This is not the first time you've uploaded an inappropriate image

* The image is VERY inappropriate

You've reviewed your suspension and it definitely is because the picture was deemed inappropriate, correct?
