    Microsoft Warranty is a real joke


    I have a Microsoft Wireless Mouse purchased less than a year ago on Amazon that got defective and I have been unable to claim warranty. Microsoft is the most inefficient company I know. I just need my replacement at no additional cost to me.

    Warranty is a joke

    Instead of talking with chat, try requesting a call back and talk to someone by phone. You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see that option, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    I take care of my Elite 2 but it needs to be RMA'd due to a common Right Bumper issue these controllers seem to have.

    Well, They said nothing can be done because the 90-day warranty is up. $200 controller that only comes with 90-day manufacture warranty what an absolute joke considering hardware defects seem to be common in the Elites. I'll be skipping the Xbox Series
    X and any other future Microsoft products.
