    microsoft warranty and support is junk


    i have been trying over three month to get any help on this elite controller and i have a warranty replacement and thats also broken im getting fed up with this ****. cant get anybody on chat they want me to use the bot chat. The s/n on the replacement
    show out of warranty and i cant even get support they tell me to buy a new one ****.

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic. Typically Billing
    & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" will give those options.

    Cant return it [mod removed] they warranted my first one for not connexting and this one is a referb and sn is not working i just want to talk to some one not a got dam robot

    I dont get what your trying to say but you seem mad so just try to return the controller and dont buy another one hopefully that solves your problem :)
