Microsoft vs Lizard Squad

So we know that there is a group of people out there trying to prove an unnecessary point that they can hack. So they were able to hack rockstar. maybe call of duty, and maybe they throw XBOX Live off for a half a day, but do they really thing Microsoft
will let them put XBOX Live down permanently? Highly laughable.

Does anyone else here have faith that Microsoft will fight back?

That was fake its not true anonymous won't go against lizard squad what Microsoft needs to do is night or day of Christmas shut down servers and reboot it with a fake ip and even then lizard squad can't take down xbl forever

This doesn't mean Microsoft shouldn't be on guard but i'm pretty sure their on guard constantly from one threat or another.

people say Microsoft has hackers of there own, but what if we are under estimating the true skill of this lizard group? what if they are prepared for a full shield Microsoft might put up and they push through? they did promise some things, so what if it
does happen? I only say this because they have brought other companies down already. this will be a hack battle to remember OH CRAP I JUST REALIZED!!! WHAT IF OBAMA IS USING THIS AS ANOTHER REASON TO PASS A LAW TO CONTROL THE INTERNET?!?!?

well I personally have not used my xbox since I have heard about this stuff. I know Microsoft can put up a good fight, and even win, but my only concern is, what if they don't know? what if they don't even look at these forums? I mean Microsoft, not the
ambassadors. If Microsoft has no idea about this, then we really could all be doomed

yes I did. I just don't want to get hacked. I mean I know I have a small Gamerscore compared to a lot of people, but I built that Gamerscore, and I don't want it to be tookin away from me for no reason.

 

You are signed into your account right now, you wouldn`t need to be on your console if they really wanted to hack you.

It was a ddos attack, no account details were ever at risk.

You honestly think microsoft need to look on forums, or anywhere on the internet to know whats going on???

I'm not trying to give anybody anything. I couldn't care less if they are happy with what I am doing, but what I don't want, is for my xbox to get messed up for thinking nothing can happen.
