    Microsoft using old email to send me info


    I'm currently trying to return my xbox series x for repair.

    Once I get to the confirmation screen the email it lists it will send the receipt and label for return is an email I haven't used since I was a teenager. I don't have access to it and have already tried to recover it with no success.

    I can't find this email listed anywhere on my Microsoft account.

    I recently returned a controller for repair and didn't have this issue.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Changed email account but continue to receive Xbox emails to the old account

    Thanks for this info. I tried signing in with the old email address and it tells me there is no account associated with it. I've confirmed that the old email account is not listed anywhere in my profile as well.

    I think maybe I'll have to try getting in touch with support by submitting the issue as something not associated with email, as using that as an option seems to send me to the forums and not allow me to speak to a support tech.

    Receiving no signal to other television.

    This is not my issue. My issue is my xbox one attached to my new tv is issue free; my xbox 360 attached to my old tv doesn't recognize me, and continually asks me to provide text, phone, and email info. They ask me for another email. I don't use another
    email. One email sends garbage enough.
