XBOX (Beta) App or via xbox.com. If there is everything fine it is maybe only a Network issue. If not you should
contact the support.

They recommend uninstalling the cumulative service pack. Problem is that is gets reinstalled by Win10 Home. This is annoying not least because we paid MS for the premium functionality and we arent getting it. How about a refund for the missing functionality

Hello, thank you for replying, I have a quick question. In the Xbox App when I go to Microsoft Flight Simulator I can access it there Icloud but if I buy the Premium Deluxe Edition will I be able it to play it Icloud?

I can buy the Premium Deluxe in the Market Place in the cloud version but if buy it there will I be able later to download the game with the Premium Deluxe Version or it will be only for the Cloud version?
