Microsoft Ultimate Bogus Charges

Why do I see so many people online complaining about the same random charges like this? All of them cannot have had their card compromised. I think something else is going on with Microsoft. And, of course, I cannot reach a human at Microsoft to talk to about it.

Hello again, if you have a charge being made to your subscription card means that your card is added to some other account you have.

Try checking for secondary accounts with your family etc to see if you can find the account that has your card added.

Thanks, Georges. However, I have been to that location on the site, and I cannot cancel a subscription that isn't there. As I look at my bank account, I see charges of $16+ dollars every other day. I hope you can point me in the right direction. This seems to be happening to lots of people.

I seem caught in a circle of hell trying to stop these monthly charges for Microsoft Ultimate that I never purchased. I see many people having the same problem, and it appears finding a way to stop the charges is some mystery. Seriously, the Microsoft website takes me in a circle, and calling to speak to a person is not allowed. I've worked with my bank to reverse some of these charges, but they keep coming. Can someone please provide specific steps on how to stop this?

Well to me that sounds like someone somehow got your card info (if it isn't a family member or something) and is using it fraudulently especially if the chargers dont appear on your own Microsoft account.
