1.Go to the Services & subscriptions page for your account. Services & subscriptions



2.Select Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel.



3.In the Payment settings section, follow the steps to cancel your subscription.



4. Next, choose between Don’t charge me on (next renewal date) and Cancel immediately and get a refund. If you don’t qualify for a refund, you’ll be prompted to Turn off recurring billing and won’t see a refund option. However, you can follow the steps to turn off recurring billing and stop the next charge.





If you didn’t qualify for a refund through the cancellation process, you can still submit a subscription refund request to our Support team: Request through Xbox Support
