Wonder why I keep paying MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 1 M MSBILL.INFO IE although the gamepass was cancelled half a year ago, no account to redo it, it says you do not have an account than why do I pay it still? We have two accounts keep biiling with cancelled accoont, how could this possibly happen at MICROSOFT?? at the largest and richest IT co. in the world!???

Are you sure you do not have any extra account?

Because if the purchase is not appearing here:

https://account.microsoft.com/services

Then it means it is coming from a different account. Have you shared your card details with someone?

my son registered to xbox, and added my card, months years ago he sold xbox, unsuscribed from his account but Microsoft still withdraw the monthly credit from my card..

also someone wrote me from microsoft from az emil that can not be replied to.. what a help is it??

FYI: We are paying for the Xbox game pass for $19.95 per month in NZ, and the payment description is

Microsoft*Ultimate 1

Ours shows in our Microsoft account as a subscription with the same description.

Same thing here, the bank needs to cancel your digital card not just your physical card.

I have just had excatly the same happen to me, first a $1 charge, then a $19.95 charge. I cancelled my card and now the replacement one has again been billed $19.95. I have just contacted the bank again so will have to see what they say.
