If you don't have anything related to Microsoft, in this situations everything points to that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization

To avoid this situation again, I can advice you too ask them to give you a new card and delete the old one, also report this charge with them. In that way they can decline the transaction and give you to money back

MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE is charging me every month, & I don't have it as subscription or anything this is a scam that you'll need to fix & reimburse me my money for something I don't even have!
