    Hi there!

    I am making a post in behalf of a friend.

    We want to know how to subscribe the $9.99 membership for this Treasure Hunt so we can enjoy advertisement free game play. Like when I play the game, sometimes when you remove a piece of dirt, it uncovers a trap door, which then leads to a room that lets
    you get more gold and this is where I have to watch an advertisement and then as soon as the ad ending I have 15 seconds to collect as much gold, jewels, and treasure chest as possible. I want to know where I can click a link to subscribe the membership.

    2 different issues since upgrading to windows 10

    1. Microsoft Sudoku: I can no longer play the daily challenges. The advertisements cover part of the game.

    2. Microsoft Minesweeper & Microsoft Treasure Hunt: The right 1/4 of the screen is not visible. Cannot get to the exit door to finish the level.

    Neither of these problems existed before the update to Windows 10. I had been hoping that the corrections would have been made as I have read quite a few reviews on the Windows store that show this is a problem that others are experiencing as well. Please
    fix this. I did so enjoy playing both games

    Thanks for reaching out to us! So, when trying to play online "Treasure Hunt" will not work? What is the issue the game is experiencing exactly? Is there an error code or does the game crash? Please elaborate a little more so that we may assist you better.
    Also, what platform is being used, the Xbox One, Xbox 360 or PC?

    P.S. is this "Microsoft Treasure Hunt"?

    What Happened To Minesweeper Adventure?

    We appreciate you for bringing this up to Xbox Forum.

    We understand that you encountered issues while playing various games with achievements. As per description, your Minesweeper Adventure progress disappeared and that there are frustrating changes on some of the games.

    First, to answer your question. how to get back existing progress on Minesweeper Adventure.

    1. Open the Microsoft Store app.
    2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the app.
    3. Click on “Downloads and updates”.
    4. Click on “Get updates”.
    5. If there is an update available for Minesweeper/Adventure, click on “Update”.
    6. Open Minesweeper/Adventure and check if your progress has been restored.

    Second, to purchase an ad free version of the new Treasure Hunt game.

    Unfortunately, there is no ad-free version of Treasure Hunt available for purchase at the moment. However, you can purchase an ad-free game experience in other Microsoft Casual Games such as Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Microsoft Jigsaw, Microsoft Mahjong, Mahjong by Microsoft (mobile), Microsoft Minesweeper, Microsoft Sudoku, and Microsoft Ultimate Word Games.     Adventure Mode crash bug. Update please?

    Hi Oliver,

    Sorry for the delay, we did find your email. Please try the following:

    -Uninstall both Minesweeper and Treasure Hunt

    -Press Windows Key + R

    -In the box, type wsreset.exe and press Enter. This will relaunch the Windows Store

    -Restart your device

    -Reinstall Treasure Hunt from the Store

    -Once you have verified it is working correctly, reinstall Minesweeper

    Let me know how it goes :)
