    Hello so everybody, i bought my games with gold like every month. But this time microsoft took 19.99 for victor vran which is currently free. Can someone help me?

    I try to buy gold with my microsoft account money but it appears blocked, some friends had bought gold with their microsoft account money but I cant, need help...

    No I've got no other profile on my xbox one I've always had the same profile from my xbox 360, i bought the games with my gold account from the games with gold section i haven't even got the license for most of my games. Microsoft have tampered with my account.
    Anyways digital games is a money making scheme from Microsoft so they can make more money from xbox users so they have to purchase the same games again that is my theory.

    Microsoft Account website
    to check your subscription status. Once verified that you do have gold membership I suggest filling out the
