Microsoft Tinker GFWL product key.

Hi, I re-downloaded GFWL client to windows 10. It worked. It had Microsoft Tinker on my download history so I downloaded it again. I run it, it seems to work fine, it asks for my gamertag, I login it. It then asks for the games product key. I don't have
it. I go to the gfwl client and click "View keys" but it says "Game Activation Key: An unknown error has occurred" I just need a new product key for this game to run. I will even pay for a new product key.

I know it's kinda old now and it doesn't make much sense, but my brother has asked me if we can play one last time. He's dying of cancer and I am willing to do anything to get this game working as quickly as possible.

GFWL keys

I download the Microsoft Flight and the Tinker of the GFWL, and when i want to connect my account with this games, appears that need a product key (those games are F2P), when i select to have a key send me to GFWL Marketplace and
then to account.microsoft.com/?ref=unsuported-browser.

I want this games legally as posible, and i want connected with my XBL account.

I stand corrected. That bit got me confused about the messages. To get the Games for Windows LIVE client, you'll need a Games for Windows Game. You can download Tinker for GFWL. It's free!

Using Tinker or any Games for Windows LIVE game, you can send messages and chat to friends with a mic. You don't need a Gold account for GFWL.

The GFWL system uses the same Windows LIVE ID system. So you can use your current Gamertag.

Tried it, it still asks for a product code.

 

Fixed!!!! Okay, so this is what I did. I pressed escape. I could then play the game. We are now playing.

 

It works!!! I loaded the game up and pressed ESC key when it asked for the product key.

 

I thankfully had a document created long ago with my keys but I am in the same boat. The marketplace shows no serial keys and instead says: "An unknown error has occurred" for both Game Activation keys and Live Access Codes.
