    Hi, I'm trying to redeem a code for xbox gamepass PC however I need to enter new payment info. The problem is that even after changing my region to UK in my account settings it still believes that I'm in the US, hence making impossible to enter my address,
    city, postode etc.

    Can you help me to try fix this please?

    You dont do it on locale

    You must use the region migration tool on this website

    Under my account and manage my region

    Also if your code ia from the US that would be why

    Codea are region locked

    If you are trying to use a VPN to bypass location or region codes, it will no longer work in some regions and your account will be locked for 90 days with an incorrect region error or storage error every time you "travel" with your VPN. This lock cannot be unlocked manually and will be automatically unlocked after the period.
