    Microsoft the Grinch! Where are my codes


    Yet another day with no response from Microsoft. Help up my end paid in full, never received the $10.00 gift card of the 4 360 games. Finally spoke to a so called supervisor at Microsoft x box support. What a jerk, rude, condescending and absolutely no
    help. He blamed the developer and stated the Microsoft store would have to resolve it. Guess what, the Microsoft store transferred me to him. Does anyone at Microsoft take any responsibility? Very poor customer service with an unprofessional staff. I
    can hear playstation calling my name.

    Well a new week and no game codes, no surprise as it is clear by the posts here they just don't care. Just cant believe that Microsoft will not even bother to answer any of us that are having this issue.

    For the $10 gift card you'd have to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them. For the game codes, if you haven't already, you need to post
