Discus and support Microsoft technical support in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So this morning I spent an hour, and finally got to the point of Microsoft saying they would call me in 170 minutes.     So this morning I spent an hour, and finally got to the point of Microsoft saying they would call me in 170 minutes. Ok. It's been 7 hours, no call. Should I give up on them?

    Do they EVER get back to anyone?

    Bare in mind the servers were down earlier so they were prob backed up with everyone calling. I would try again later.

    they do try there best to help as many people as they can. They just cant do it all at once

    If you haven't done so already, you may want to request another call. The servers were down for a couple of hours and probably screwed things up.

    Yes they do, I would suggest you call back. Was your issue xbox related or something else microsoft related?

    It could be that they are busy helping other customers. Most likely a long line is with so many customers.
