Microsoft support

Hi everyone. Fist time poster here so be kind!

My question relates to xbox support. I have contacted them several times regarding an xbox one that refuses to update and wont let me leave the update screen. Now I just want to talk to someone about getting the problem resolved under the Australian Consumer Law guarantee. The problem is that every time I call support they tell me that the express warranty is expired and therefore the issue is considered resolved. I have been hung up on 3 times now. I have emailed them this link to the page on the Microsoft website that explains what I am talking about: https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/legalau/australian-consumer-law. I have requested to talk to a supervisor 3 times now. Every time they say they will request a supervisor call back but then send me an email saying that the issue has been resolved and there is no need to talk to a supervisor. I keep getting stonewalled at every step.

So my question is who do I talk to about this?

Hi!

I'm not sure for which section you would want to contact Microsoft for so:

1. To contact Xbox support you can go to support.xbox.com > contact us > when you select your preferred selection for your problem choose to not talk to a virtual agent and then select "Chat with Xbox Support" at the end.

2. To contact Microsoft support for anything none-Xbox related go to support.microsoft.com and select "Ask the virtual agent" (this is a bot) while chatting to the virtual agent type in "I need to speak to a real person" which then the bot will reply "Tell
me what you need help with so I can find the right person" so type in the problem you are having and let it connect you to a real support agent.
