Microsoft support wont give me access to my hacked microsoft account.

Hi everyone first of all excuse my english it isn't my native language.

On 10 of june my microsoft account got hacked and the hacker changed my account email and removed my phone number from the account. I tried signing multiple times back into my account using my original email but it would come up with an error that this email doesn't belong to any microsoft account. Because the hacker changed the email.

On 12 of june i contacted the support and the support agent sent me a questionnaire which included multiple questions to prove that the account belongs to me. Two of these questions where the IP that i always accessed my account from and billing information of my credit card that i used to purchase games and applications on that account.

I literally provided everything in the questionnaire correctly including multiple IPs through i accessed my account and i included the date of my account creation and where it was created and what the last purchase was including last 4 digits of the credit card i used to do this purchase.

I was surprised that couple of days later on 17 of june, microsoft support replied to my questionnaire saying that they cant give me back access to my account as they cant change mails and the only solution is to permanently suspend my microsoft account.

If this is the case and microsoft agents can't change hacked emails to the original email on the account then why did i go through answering the questionnaire process? This is really unfair and i have been trying to reach microsoft support through the last 7 days and no one replies to me.

I can literally provide proof of emails sent to me of the games i purchased and the last 4 digits of all the credit cards i used. I can provide anything that will help me get access back to my account. I even have the IP of the hacker who hacked into my account and changed my email address and remove my phone number.

Please someone reply to me i need my account back i had a lot of games and progress on it and the fact that even after providing all correct answers for the questions in the questionnaire i wont be getting my account back is driving me crazy.

If your account is already closed by Microsoft - as it looks like by your post - no, there is no way to recover it.

If your account is not closed yet, your only option is to fill the recovery form. In the article below you can get detailed information on how to fill the form:

If when you try to fill the recovery form you receive a message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

You also cannot transfer games - or anything at all - from one account to another. Even if you own and have access to both accounts.

If you had 2 factor authentication activated on your Microsoft account, probably the hacker had access to your other email or your phone number. Which in this case, could actually be someone close to you.

I'm really sorry about this, my friend. I had my account hacked in the past but fortunately the hacker did not change its email address and I was able to recover it before he completely took control of the account.

Hi Lucas, so there is no way to recover my account? No microsoft employee can change the account email to my original email instead of the hacker email?

Is it maybe possible to transfer the games i had on that account to another new account?

I Just can't believe i lost my account with all my games and progress just like that even though i had 2FA enabled and everything.

I am sorry for what happened. Did the Microsoft support already closed your account?

No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form (which seems like you did). So that's the only available option for a hacked account.

They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand. I do not work for Microsoft and I do not have access to user accounts too.

none of it works I cant contact PS support and cant unlink my Microsoft account it wont even give me the option.

All I need to know is how to unlink my Microsoft account to my ps4 then I'm good, so can u please tell me how to do that. (cant do it in Minecraft settings, wont give the option)

Unfortunately, once the Microsoft team decides to suspend an account for security reasons, it can no longer be accessed. This means that all games and items linked to that account will no longer be available for use.
