I haven't had a reply from them despite 6 messages sent over the last 2 months.

I can not submit tickets? what should I do?

We understand how important your concern with regards to Microsoft rewards and we are sorry to hear that your concern was not addressed properly and not getting the resolution. Just to set your proper expectation that here in community forum, we do not have the tool and direct contact with Microsoft Rewards support team. Any concern related to Microsoft rewards will be addressed directly to their own support channel. They can be contacted via email.

What we can suggest resolving your issue is to submit a ticket again and once you have submitted the ticket, check your email from time to time because the support team maybe experiencing high volume of tickets taking them to respond long.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft account migration.

According to the official Minecraft website: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/account-migration-last-call

"On Sep 19, 2023, the migration of Mojang accounts has now been completed. It is no longer possible to migrate unmigrated accounts or make the move.

Unmigrated Mojang accounts will not be able to sign in to Minecraft.net or the Minecraft Launcher to migrate. In addition, starting September 19, 2023, Minecraft Support will no longer be able to assist in any MSA migration-related tickets."

Also according to Post-Migration Process FAQ article:

"As of December 18, 2023, the post-migration process for Mojang accounts has officially ended. If you successfully completed the post-migration process, you should now have access to both Java and Bedrock editions.
