Microsoft Support reffered me

So I was reffered here by xbox support jerred b and I had a suspension on m account which ended on the 8th of October now when I go to play on xbox live it says because of past behaviour I cannot play so I check the enforcement.xbox.com page and sign in
look at my record and have no active suspensions or bans the xbox support told me I now have an additional 3 month ban which I thought there must of been a mix up as there is no suspension to apply for review or anything current on my account I wish to see
why my account has been banned for this additional time because this is not taken lightly for my main account and there is no suspension visible on the websiite

eso plus is not working and i can`t get support for micosoft.

affer email with zeni max, they reffered me to xbox support for a refund for my eso plus membersihp with was not work. all attempts to conect xbox or micosoft has failed

Games crashing help???

since recieving my consoke back from repair many of my games will not start now. Xbox support have said it is an issue with preview dashboard updates and reffered me to here. Can someone help me please?

Unfortunately the enforcement team does not use the forums. This has been happening a lot lately and all you can do is wait it out. Most likely the suspension was extended because they found something else.

Phone/chat support have a habit of sending people to the forums when they don't know what to do.

Halo Wars: Definitive Edition codes are sent within 7 to 10 days of a pre-order/purchase of Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and sent to your Xbox Live Messages for redemption. Which day did you pre-order/purchase the game? If you've still not seen the message
after 10 days, you'll want to create a new post in the Sales & promotions forums for additional help. You can find this information listed on the store page HERE
