    Let me just say I’ve been having my Xbox account for a few years now. But lately I’ve been getting banned every Sunday for the past 3 weeks for no reason. I reached out to the enforcement team to review my case. Just to see if maybe my account is being hacked or something. No answer or help but I’m still getting suspended and they keep telling me to do an appeal. This is ridiculous when I’ve been a loyal customer. And what makes it worse is I’m not getting an answer of why…I’m not doing anything to violate the rules.
