    Microsoft Summer Spotlight Punchcard


    I completed the summer spotlight punchcard on Aug 3rd and I still haven't gotten my $10 gift card yet. I contacted both xbox and microsoft support, but they didn't help much. I read the terms and it says the gift card will be sent out by Sept 6th? However, I've seen posts on the Microsoft rewards reddit page where people seem to received their gift card after a week completing the punch card. Do I have to wait till Sept 6th for my gift card? Can I get some assistance please?

    The summer spotlight punchcard says it still has seven days remaining. But remember that sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for your purchase to register with the punchcard even if you've already bought something before. On one of the punchcards awhile
    back I bought three games in a row. The first two went through but the thrid game didn't add up to the $40 or $50 I had to spend. Finally the punchcard completed two or three days later.

    Support will get back to you about the Summer Spotlight credits, but for the games on demand punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. If you preordered Agents of Mayhem before July 1, then it would not be eligible.

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So credits for August purchases will be shown as pending by mid-September.
