    Microsoft Sudoku Not Loading


    For a couple of weeks Microsoft Sudoku doesn't go beyond the 'changing numbers' load form.

    I've reset it. I've reinstalled it - during which the options and sign in process that precede the changing numbers load form work fine. I've installed the iOS version, which exhibits exactly the same issue. Other Microsoft Community Games (Solitaire Collection
    & Minesweeper) work fine.

    I can only assume that the Sudoku game save data attached to my profile is corrupted in some way, affecting the synchronisation, but can't find any way of resetting it. I'd be prepared to lose my progress if that's what it takes, but other than using a
    different profile I can't see how to do this.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Same problem as Microsoft Sudoku is having. Game locks up while ads are loading.

    Kayla is deagongirl83 (I think) and has posted to answers.microsoft and to Facebook. I’m tagging along in case it fixes my problem as well.



    All my symptoms are in the microsoftcasualgames post and Windows Feedback. Basically Sudoku won’t load. It hangs at the point in the startup sequence when it should slide the large Sudoku square from the top left of to the right.

    If I minimize Sudoku at this point Sudoku crashes.

    — Do you play the game on PC, Android, or iOS?

    — If it's on a PC, does your PC run Windows 10 or Windows 11?

    — Did you try downloading the game on another platform, like other phone or a PC, if the issue happens on your mobile phone?

    — Do you notice a similar issue with other apps or games installed on your device?

    — What other potential solutions apart from reinstalling and resetting the game did you try to solve this?
    Please describe each one.

    I already tried all of the steps listed by numerous moderators, and both of the support article and the FAQ. It's not occurring with any other game. It's just Microsoft Sudoku that is having this issue. It's why I'm posting this in the first place... because
    nothing so far listed has worked.
