Microsoft subscriptions on xbox 1

Hey, I recently spent a lot of money on xbox subscription alone. I feel like this is a scam just to be able to play FREE games I have to pay 20 dollars a month. I believe this is a rip off because that is just a ridiculous amount of money to have access
alone to FREE games. Then I have to pay much more money to buy in-game purchases. I have a friend over to stay the night for my birthday party and he could play roblox on my xbox and I could do so on my PC. PLOT TWIST... HE COULD NOT PLAY ROBLOX. My xbox
is now a worthless piece of garbage because 99.999% of the games on my worthless piece of garbage xbox need a million dollars a month and this is just draining my bank account. I was so excited to get my xbox for my birthday, my friend said get a PS4 instead
even though xbox is faster, losing a bit of speed is a very good price to pay for not losing 1.6 million dollars a month on my xbox. I don't know if you know this but im kind of frustrated and disappointed with my new xbox. WOW... 250$ for a pile of garbage,
what a worthless scam. I have one suggestion for you folks at Microsoft, why do I have to pay so much extra. there are so many hidden things I have to pay for I bought a game for 20$ but ended up paying at least 40$ to get access to play the game. Please
don't make people pay so much money. I have been wanting an xbox for so long i had 50$ dollars to spend on games and i thought i would get a lot of games. In the end I had 1 game. It costed 5$ but to be able to play it costed the rest of my money, the rest
of the 50$ were gone plus some extra strait from my bank account, I don't make much money and just wanted this so i could be happy, I guess thats not what an xbox is for. It's all about wasting your money.

Rest assured the cost for gold is not only for games with gold (free games), the money also ensures stability of the service. It is well know the xbox online services are more reliable and safe than those of their competitors and part of the reason is the
money that they put into it. Personally I am happy to pay the nominal fee a year for all the time I spend online.

Companies also have DLC that is paid, this money goes to the devs themselves for the work that is put in to make additions, development isn't cheap.

i don't know where you live but the fee in all places is 10 a moth for gold an 15 for the ultimate and you receive free and paid game to play online more than a Hundred i think you need to be more orientate and game are same price between Xbox or Play
and more for the exclusive check well and enjoy

What is wrong with your console?

In game purchases have to do with the game not the console?

This could also happen on PS4. They have the same options really, they have issues as well just check out their forums, its all about prefernce.

Perhaps your costs are overexaggerated? Not sure why you are paying $20 a month. Gold memberships don't cost that much, neither does the Game Pass unless you pay for them individually. If you plan on keeping a Gold membership going, then you should just
get an annual subscription. It is only $60 for 12 months. It would only be $15 a month for Game Pass Ultimate and that would get you Gold and Game pass together. Sorry that you have felt this way about the service, but I personally have felt that it has
been a great service. I wouldn't have been doing it for as long as I have if I wasn't loving it.

With gold only being $60 a year with free games each month, I think it's worth it.
