Tililtäni veloitettiin 38.99 euroa 22.6 ilmoittamatta minulle. Tapahtuma ei näy tilini tilaushistoriassa. Perehdyttyäni enemmän huomasin tiliotteestani että sama summa oli veloitettu myös helmikuussa. Summan saajan nimi oli microsoft subscript msbill.net

Miten saan summat takaisin vai onko mahdollista?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a purchase. The name of the payee is the purchase is for a subscription. Have you signed up for Ultimate game pass or Xbox live on your account or any other account? If you haven't
we recommend requesting a call from support. They can look into it further. As you will need to know the account the charge is coming from for a refund.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I was paying this via pay pal, I’ve just been on my PayPal account and cancelled all future Microsoft recurring payments. Might put a stop to his Xbox live though, but it appeared to be the only way I could stop it.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble tracking down a subscription that your child set up. I'm afraid this will be a challenge but what I can recommend is to check all the email addresses that are associated with the subscription. Your child may have received an email confirmation when they set up the subscription, or they may have received an email receipt each time the subscription has been charged. If you already tried that, you may need to contact their bank and dispute the charges as unauthorized purchase and possibly put a hold on the bank account.
