Microsoft Store's Unprofessional Handling of My Xbox Series X

I ordered and Xbox Series X on midnight nov 9th, it charges my card immediately, two weeks later they charge my card again (they still hadn't removed the nov 9 charge), i call support the next day and
they fix it and remove one charge. Fast forward to today, they charge me again and now i got two microsoft store charges (making my bank account go negative, now i can't use my card for who knows how long) . i call support, the support lady says they will
send me an email with instructions regarding to me screenshoting my bank statement so they can fix the issue. i never receive the email. i call again like two hours later, and the says there are multiple authorization charges for everyone (****?) i hung up
on him. i call like two hours later and one lady puts me to another department after hearing my issue, then the guy who picks up hears my issues and says it for another department to handle and he will transfer me there (he hangs up, ****?) now im stuck with
a negative bank account an d no xbox till dec 23.

Authorization charges are normal but they tend to be 1to 5 dollars and a set of 3 which are refunded immediately

They are normal

Its to test to see if your card can handle the transactions not all cards especially prepaid cards

I was wondering if I bought nba2k23 on the Microsoft store on my pc but bought the Xbox series x version could I play the next gen version with Xbox series x players.

Then I suppose Microsoft/xbox should bill that into their marketing of the series x or state the game is not compatible if the xbox can't handle the game at 120 fps.

I have Xbox one x, want to buy GTA v for Xbox one x|s for $39.99

When hovering over the buy button in Microsoft store on GTA v series x|s a small text bar appears saying. This is not playable on this device.

I have Xbox one x.

But the store says GTA v series x|s is not playable on my Xbox one x.

No change. When I go into details the system type says "Xbox One".

When I use the Microsoft Store app and try to install to my Series X, the relavent option says XBOX - even though the name I gave my system is "Series X".
