Microsoft stores doesn't allow me toca buy fornite money

but i have the money to buy it in my money balance but it doesn't allow me to buy with it like it doesn't even exists

Me too...My daughter wanted some in game Minecraft content for her birthday. I dont normally like spending money on this type of stuff, but as its her birthday I said she could have it as a treat, to which she was very excited. Within Minecraft, I went to buy some coins, it redirected me to the microsoft store asking for a minimum purchase of £10 store credits. I paid this, and then find that Microsoft have taken my money for the Minecraft purchase, but the money is sitting in her account, and there is no way to purchase minecraft coins.

I now cannot buy her the content I said she could have.

The content was only £1.50, but Microsoft only allowed me to top up a min of £10

The £10 is now sitting in the Microsoft Account, they wont refund it.

Seems like theft.

i will not purchase an xbone with kinnect, microsoft if you want me to purchase xbone, allow me to buy one without kinnect, i'd rather spend the money on games

Buy gift Cards on Microsoft Store then buy the game spending that money

I agree that microsoft should be available in every country. It is a great program and it allows me to buy games that I normally would not spend my money on.
