I would like to see an option in Microsoft Store and Xbox, when searching for games or any other Microsoft products to sort them by "Price" from Lower to Highest ($ - $$$) or vise versa many other websites offer this option, I do not understand how Microsoft
can't add this option to the Microsoft Store site.

I would like to see this option in the Microsoft Store/Xbox, in the near future. Thanks!

The more search and filter options the better. I would also like to see some price range options as well as sorting options.

No. The Microsoft Store is Microsoft's retail store. The Xbox store is their digital store. They are considered separate.

Hey there Sam!

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue. Usually if you're unable to load that or the dashboard says as much, then it's a network issue. I would suggest trying to the steps here on our support page entitled
"I get an error message when I run the 'Test multiplayer connection' on Xbox One" as it's got a good amount of troubleshooting steps that could help fix that kind of thing.

You can also just try powercycling the console as outlined in
How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console as that helps with a large number of different problems as well.

When you get a chance, give that guide a look through and let us know if it helped resolve the issue.

power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out and let us know the results.
