Thanks for coming to the forums. Currently do you have a game pass for PC subscription? These are all titles on the game pass. For example, if your brother purchased the Game pass ultimate, you most likely was playing the games under your brother. Since
you reset the PC all that information is gone. Try having your brother sign in on the Xbox companion app and see if it shows the game. As these games were never free, except through game pass.

The games could be linked to another account. The trials could have run out. Forza 4 has never been free outside of a trial. Unless you used it via GamePass which then expired that would explain why you're having issues now. All 3 of those games are on
GamePass. Which leads me to believe you just don't have an active subscription anymore.

Launch the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 and either search for the game and install it that way, or select the 3 dots next to your name, and select my library, scroll down the list of games to find the game, and select install next to the game.
