    I'd like to take advantage of the Microsoft Store Xbox One S Offer (free expedited shipping and 50k points), but I only registered with Xbox rewards today so I did not receive an email with the promo code.

    Is there any way I can make use of this offer since I was not an existing rewards member?

    It prompted me to apply to be a rewards member. Plus you have to buy an Xbox One S to be eligible, so it wouldn't just be for selected rewards members.

    Unfortunately, this offer was only sent out to eligible Rewards members at the beginning of the offer period. Since you were not a Rewards member at that time, you are not eligible for this offer.

    That offer is only available to select Rewards members. So you would have had to be a Rewards member before the purchase in order to be eligible for the offer.
    It prompted me to apply to be a rewards member. Plus you have to buy an Xbox One S to be eligible, so it wouldn't just be for selected rewards members.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum.

    That offer was only sent to select Rewards members, so not everyone was eligible for that offer. If you joined the Rewards program after the offer started, you would not have been one of the Rewards members selected for the offer and would not have been
    eligible for that offer.

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with the Rewards program, but in order to qualify for that offer you do have to be an Xbox One owner upgrading to a One S. You may want to post in the Rewards forum to see if 360 members
    are eligible as well.

    No 10$ Microsoft credit for borderlands handsome collection pre order

    The $10 credit was an offer from microsoftstore.com if you are not a Rewards member. So you would need to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store if that is the case. If you are a Rewards member you would have received 15,000 credits if you purchased
    from microsoftstore.com. If you purchased the game digitally, you would not have been eligible for the rewards.
