I received this email from you in October

Sounded like a good deal so I ordered the BF1 bundle from the MS Store using the included code and my account. When I called to ask about the points I was bounced from department to department for 5 HOURS!!!! Xbox live said its MS stores problem, MS store
said it's an Xbox live rewards problem. 5 hours of that... 12 different account authentications, 6 different representatives and after all that they transferred me to the beginning of the que. 2 forum posts regarding this have disappeared, I'll copy this one.....

This entire experience has made me want to not be a MS customer anymore. If you're going to make an offer to increase sales, FOLLOW THROUGH.

Customers shouldn't have to be the ones chasing you guys around to keep your word while every department passes the buck to another. If the goal of this program is to gain customers, you are doing the exact opposite. I would like the points please, or you
can have the whole damn order back. Not good.

Hello, you gave me 30000 points instead of 50000. it's have been more than 1 month that i wait to receive my 20000 point missing and still not receiving anything. I have buy a new xbox one s in your offer that you gone a give 50000 if we buy a new xbox one
s on the microsoft store.

The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support does not have correct information.

In order for support to check into it, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. The 50,000 credit offer is not available to everyone, so you may not have been eligible for that offer and received the default 30,000 credit offer instead.

In order to receive the free shipping, you had to enter the promo code. Not all consoles were eligible for free shipping. If you did enter the code and there was an issue, you would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com to see if there
is anything they can do about the shipping price.

I saw the offer again in my email after I had purchased as well. Can nothing be done as I am really kind of upset about this. If you are all working for the same company and a question like this is not directed to the forum by other members of Microsoft
then really it isn't fair to the customer. "You spoke to the wrong Microsoft rep and therefore we don't have to honour what they told you" isn't really a good business practice.

As Smwutches says, the 50,000 Credit offer was for select members only. Since you were not even a Rewards member when the offer became available to users, it would not have been possible for you to be selected for that offer. Instead, you were rewarded with
the default 30,000 Credits.

Furthermore, from the terms and conditions for that offer which were available for review while it was live:

Limit: Each participant may receive one (1) Offer during the Program Period. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one (1) Offer by using multiple/different
email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's Offer and that participant may be disqualified.

So it would not have been possible to Reward for each console purchase. We see that your 30,000 Credits were placed as pending on the 6th of December, and deposited on December 28th.
